WHAT WE NEED?
We are looking for a female receptionist, who will be the first point of contact for our company. Duties of receptionist includes offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
You Must Have
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Knowledge of office management and basic book keeping
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
