Airport Seizure System is designed to collect and facilitate the reporting and tracking of seizures related to illegal substances, weapons, and other contraband items. And also to capture data related to the seizure, such as:
- The location of the seizure,
- The type of item seized
- The quantity of the item seized,
- Smuggling routes,
- Shipping information,
- Personal
- Documents and details of the person involved and other relevant information.
The system is designed to be user-friendly, allowing airport and ship personnel to quickly and easily report seizures as they occur. The system is designed to display the details regarding seizures and keep the track of all the activities related to Users, Seizures, and also the related sub-modules.
Also, the system is designed to manage the multilevel form for creating seizures and manage the draft functionality for seizure creation. In conclusion, this system is intended to manage seizures of illegal products. It has several user access levels and roles for managing and viewing seizure reports.
It also permits the inclusion of additional merchandise categories that may be seized.

Business Challenge
Airport Seizure System is for seizures of illegal goods at airports, ship ports, and other locations. When an officer seizes illegal goods from a person, There should be a functionality to create a seizure report that contains various details about the seizure, such as the general details of the incident, personal details of the person involved, smuggling routes, seizure details, shipping information, and personal documents.
There should be three types of users managed in the system: admin, reporter, and viewer. The admin user can manage users and seizure reports, while the reporter can only perform seizure -related operations, and the viewer can only view the seizure listing page but cannot create seizure reports.
Moreover, there should be two different user level management levels: country and regional. Users at the country level can only access information about their own country, whereas users at the regional level have access to all information.
There should be a feature that allows for the tracking of all user, seizure, and submodule -related activities.
In order to maintain access to even partially formed seizures, the functionality to preserve seizure drafts must be introduced.
Our Solution
Several roles were also maintained, and we made sure that the user would see information appropriate to their position and that no visitor users could alter the data of the admin or existing users.
Also, we have controlled two user level categories: country and regional. Users at the country level can only access information about their own nation, whereas users at the regional level have access to all information.
We have added the logs feature to keep track of every seizure and all of its submodules. We were able to view the data on the dashboard according to entity type and manage the charts for it.
Furthermore, we have managed the filter data from both the client side and the server side. Implemented Lazy loading in front-end to render views faster to the user.
We have optimized all APIs so this can lead to improved user experience and customer satisfaction.
Key Challenges Faced

- To manage the pagination in seizure listing and user listing.
- Keep tracking of all the activities done in user or seizure module and also it’s sub modules.
- Display data according to the user’s access level in all modules.
