About the Project
FleetOpti needed a unified logistics platform capable of supporting real-time GPS tracking, intelligent routing, driver performance scoring, automated dispatch operations, and deep operational analytics.Their previous ecosystem depended heavily on manual updates and lacked real-time visibility resulting in delivery delays, fuel inefficiencies, and increased operating costs.
