Business Development Executive

We’re seeking a talented Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us build strong client relationships and drive business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client communications, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to identify and pursue potential leads.

Ultimately, a top notch BDE can generate new business, maintain long term client relationships, and contribute significantly to the company’s growth and success.

What you will do

  • Identify potential leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and effectively pitch relevant services.
  • Generate leads via cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to create proposals and quotations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of web development services is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Passion for business development.

Educational Qualification

  • BTech / BE / BSc / ME / Mtech / Msc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
