
Digital Marketing Lead
We’re seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our organic and paid marketing strategies, manage our social media and content calendars, and be the public voice of Inexture’s brand across platforms.
You’ll lead a small, high-performing team and collaborate closely with leadership, product, and design teams to drive qualified B2B and SaaS leads, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen both external and internal communication.
This is a strategic and hands-on role where creativity meets analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop, execute, and optimize a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business KPIs (traffic, MQLs, conversions).
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email automation.
- Plan and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and campaigns using Google Optimize, Hotjar, or similar tools.
- Manage monthly and quarterly digital marketing budgets and performance reports.
SEO, Analytics & Growth
- Lead end-to-end SEO initiatives — technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and backlink audits to maintain a healthy link profile.
- Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
- Recommend improvements to website architecture and UX based on analytics and Google updates.
- Drive organic lead growth with consistent focus on inbound channels and content optimization.
Social Media & Brand Presence
- Own the content publishing calendar across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Manage organic and paid social campaigns, engagement, and competitor tracking.
- Act as the public face of the brand — ensuring consistent tone, storytelling, and community building.
- Develop and execute campaigns around events, product launches, or thought leadership content.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 digital marketers; guide execution and ensure quality deliverables.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Development, and HR/Branding teams.
- Prepare bi-weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders and leadership reviews.
- Manage internal communication & employer branding initiatives (Inexture RISE, achievements, culture highlights).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (B2B or SaaS preferred).
- Proven success in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Working knowledge of email automation, CRM tools, and content performance tracking.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Strong creative and communication abilities; able to craft engaging narratives and visual briefs.
- Prior agency or B2B SaaS marketing experience is highly preferred.
- Experience managing small teams and delivering under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification
- BTech / BE / BSc / ME / Mtech / MBA / Msc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
