We are looking for a Project Manager with strong delivery discipline and leadership mindset to manage end-to-end software development projects — from planning to deployment and beyond.
This role demands a blend of technical understanding, stakeholder management, and process excellence, driving successful project outcomes within scope, time, and budget.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, senior developers, product owners, and leadership to ensure consistent delivery excellence across small to enterprise-level projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

• Manage full project lifecycles — planning, design, execution, QA, deployment, and post-launch maintenance.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects across varied domains (SaaS, cloud, enterprise, web, and AI-backed solutions).
• Ensure project financial control – cost tracking, forecasting, resource utilization, and variance management.
• Drive scope management and change control in alignment with client expectations and organizational priorities.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Collaborate with clients, product owners, and senior management to align goals and priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and support cross-functional teams, including senior developers and budding PMs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Handle conflict resolution, ensure team motivation, and maintain a collaborative work environment.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders through status reports, PMO dashboards, and executive summaries.

Quality & Risk Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies early in the lifecycle.
• Enforce software engineering best practices, code quality standards, and documentation discipline.
• Manage change requests, issue logs, and RCA processes to maintain delivery predictability.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure zero-defect, production-ready releases.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Provide accurate PMO-level reporting on project performance (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk).
• Analyze delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement and process maturity.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, project retrospectives, and internal playbook documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (MBA / PMP certification is a plus).
• 6+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in software product or services companies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
• Proven experience managing SaaS and cloud-based applications.
• Demonstrated success in budget management, stakeholder alignment, and team leadership.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar PM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams and enterprise clients simultaneously.
• Exposure to AI/ML or automation-based projects will be a plus.
